AudioTronix Terms And Conditions

It is the customers responsibility to use products in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. The customer will bear all responsibility for use beyond those recommendations. Some of the products offered by AudioTronix are designed for off road or “show” use only. Compliance with local, state, and federal laws is solely the user’s responsibility.

Use of mobile video products while operating a motor vehicle is dangerous and could result in injury, death or property damage. Customers having a mobile video product installed release AudioTronix from any claims and or liability arising from its use while operating a motor vehicle.

A deposit may be incurred to schedule an appointment for any installation and/or any special-order item. A 24-hour notice must be given to cancel or reschedule. Failure to show or reschedule will for forfeit your deposit and special-order items may be forfeited.

Returns, exchanges or warranty service will not be honored without original receipt. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days have expired from original purchase date. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. No returns for installation labor or installation parts.

Full payment is due upon completion of services rendered before any vehicles or property may be removed from the premises. A 1.5% penalty per month will be charged for any overdue balances. A $20 per day storage may be applied to any vehicle which is not picked up and paid in full upon demand by AudioTronix. Payment for any bad check may be sought electronically. If legal action is required for collection of this bill, the buyer will be responsible for all legal expenses, including attorney fees incurred by AudioTronix. If AudioTronix prevails concerning any legal action, the buyer will pay AudioTronix attorney fees.

Any vehicle damage must be reported to AudioTronix within 24 hours of vehicle departure from our facility.  AudioTronix is not responsible for in transit damages. AudioTronix is not responsible for scratches or marks in vehicles finish if the vehicle was dirty at the time of vehicle arrival at our facility. Customer gives AudioTronix permission to operate the vehicle on private and public roadways as needed to perform work requested.

AudioTronix guarantees that our installation services will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and guarantees the installation services against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year or 12,000 miles from the date of completion, whichever occurs first, when our installation services are used to install new products purchased from AudioTronix, provided that no additional work has taken place other than by AudioTronix installation staff. For all other products, including products previously purchased from AudioTronix and for new or used products purchased elsewhere, we offer a 30-day, unlimited mileage installation services warranty.

A “pass-through” warranty is offered for products manufactured by other companies that are sold by AudioTronix. Warranties on these products are “pass-through” meaning the equipment warranty will be limited to that offered by the equipment original manufacturer only

Warranty service requires original proof of purchase. Contact AudioTronix at (507) 308-2363 or visit us at 106 5th Ave SW Waseca, MN 56093 during normal business hours. All warranty work is performed by appointment. Drop-in warranty service is not available. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return the vehicle to AudioTronix for warranty work to be performed. AudioTronix will not be held liable for any repair charges done elsewhere that were not brought to our attention first if thought to be related to our installation. Reimbursement of repair work or items damaged will not be honored unless it can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the damage caused was a direct result of our installation or product. If damage was done due to a product failure, it is up to the manufacturer of said product to determine whether or not reimbursement of damages is deemed relevant to their product failing. Normal installation charges will apply to all used and non-purchased equipment, however if it is determined that equipment is non-functional the labor charges incurred will not be waived or refunded.

This warranty is not transferable: coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product or installation service to a different owner or to a different vehicle

Charges may apply: should the equipment you purchase from and have installed by AudioTronix fail under the manufacturer’s warranty; the equipment will be removed, repaired or replaced depending on the manufacturer’s specific terms. Product will be reinstalled in the original vehicle at no additional charge to you. Only a fee per item depending on weight will be incurred to cover shipping and handling costs. Any items sent in for repair & not picked up within 30 days of notice will be forfeited AudioTronix will charge a diagnostic fee based on our currently advertised hourly rate at the time services are rendered for any service requested on any product or installation services that is found to not be covered by the manufacturers or AudioTronix warranty.

Severability: In the event that any of the provision of the limited warranty shall be held invalid, the remainder of the provisions of the Limited Warranty shall remain in full force and effect
